Terms and Conditions

The general terms and conditions of Casa entre Praias.

Casa entre Praias is not responsible for damage, loss, theft, accidents etc., this is your own responsibility just like at home. Entering or using the rooms / apartment, garden, swimming pool, barbecue, etc. is the responsibility of the guest / visitor.

The trip to Casa entre Praias as well as other risks are your own responsibility. We advise you to arrange a travel insurance for this. If you damage or destroy something on the property of Casa entre Praias, the amount of the total replacement will be charged.

All accommodations are non-smoking, for smokers there is a beautiful terrace with furniture.

Availability check

Once you have requested availability you will receive a message from us whether requested accommodation is available in the requsted period. If the accommodation is available, you can make a reservation. When we recieve your reservation, we will send you the confirmation by e-mail. This confirmation is only final when we recieve the advance payment. The remaining amount should be tranfered to our account at the latest 2 months before your arrival.

All prices are based on 1 week. The price includes one-time bed linen, bath linen (changed twice a week), kitchen towels, gas, water and electricity, wireless internet and including final cleaning.

We offer a rental service for beach towels. 

Reservations are possible from 3 nights. Check-in is from 3 pm, check-out before 10:30 am. If you would like to check-in or check-out at other times, please contact us. Then we look at the possibilities.

Pets are not allowed, we make an exception for a service dog.
